**What does cancellation mean?
To cancel your account, all you need to do is stop paying. We will retain your information and your logon for a period of 1 year in case you change your mind or need additional services.
To renew your account within the one-year period from your last required renewal date, just logon and go to the Membership Renewal page.
After one year from your last required renewal date, your information will be removed from our system. Any files you sent us to work on your project will be returned at your request and any material we supplied to you is yours to keep.
